TBS-T or PBS-T, does it matter which buffer is used for antibody incubations?

Oftentimes TBS-T is a buffer of choice applied in many Western blot protocols for all antibody incubations.
However, as you can see in this example, changing to PBS-T has also changed a pattern of detected bands. Analysed samples (Arabidopsis thaliana), protein load/well, primary, secondary antibodies and detection reagent were kept the same.
Antibody incubation buffer has been changed from TBS-T (left pannel) to PBS-T(right panel).
